TAA Retail Membership Guidelines:

Full-line tobacco shops are eligible as members; they are described as follows.

A member conducts a business primarily dedicated to selling tobacco, cigars and related products at retail.
The business is a brick and mortar store offering pipes, cigars and a full line of tobacco products and accessories for the use and enjoyment of tobacco products.
A member has operated as a full-line tobacco shop for at least five years.
A member does not sell products or accessories intended for use with illegal drugs.
A member complies with all applicable state and local laws and has implemented measures to prevent the sale of tobacco products to minors.
A general (retail) member must have a minimum of 5 recommendations from the associate members of TAA.
A member agrees to attend TAA's annual convention at least twice in three calendar years.
A member is a member in good standing with RTDA.
